I think she’s Daddy’s girl, whaddya think?

I think she’s Daddy’s girl, whaddya think?

Gosh - it’s been a LONG time since a post. I’ve cut back on the number of sessions for this fall, and I’m just now getting around to posting. It’s October already!
This little guy just made his entrance - 8 days before our session. Just LOOK at all that HAIR! Once we got him to sleep, he was just a perfect angel. He didn’t give us NEARLY as much trouble as his feisty big sister!

October 7, 2011 - 8:59 pm - So cute. Great job, as usual. Darling little boy. Miss seeing your new pics but know sanity is a nice thing to have.
October 7, 2011 - 10:42 pm - I can really see both Kevin and Hillary in Micah through these picture. Great job!
October 21, 2011 - 5:54 pm - Like everybody else I've been waiting for Micah to make his entrance. So, Peyton now has a brother. Whaddya wanna bet she is already planning on how to "train" him. Bless both kiddoes & parents. Love, Aunt Jeanne
The next Momtography class date has been set for Saturday, August 27th, 2011. You can see details about the class at www.momtographyworkshop.com.
This may be the only class before the holidays, so try to make the date! You can improve those pictures at the pumpkin patch, Halloween pictures, and those photos with Santa!

This little one is the fourth sibling in this household - she has three rough and tumble older brothers. But - her room is bright pink, and there are already about 25 bows hanging on the wall, ready for her to use. Something tells me she’ll have to be tough, but I’ll be she ends up pretty girly, too!

June 19, 2011 - 12:36 pm - We loved the pictures thanks Uncle John and Aunt Jeanette
June 19, 2011 - 12:38 pm - We loved the pictures She is a cutie thanks uncle John and Aunt Jeanette
June 30, 2011 - 7:16 pm - Absolutely angelic and the most beautiful child. Amazing photography...Monica...you all did well!!!!!
This little guy has 3 older brothers - who happen to be triplets. Something tells me he will spend a lot of time trying to keep up with the big boys. Welcome to the world, rookie!

I had the chance to shoot photos of some good friends from college over Memorial Day weekend. When did we all get grown up, with families? It was really fun to see them again –

This last one just might be my favorite of the whole session –
June 1, 2011 - 12:11 am - Kris, You never cease to amaze us! Thank you for taking your time to capture such beautiful memories for our family!!! We couldn't be more pleased! Thanks, Mark and Michelle
Almost 14 years ago, as my husband and I walked into our wedding reception, a little girl there turned to her dad and asked if I was Cinderella. That little girl graduates from high school tomorrow morning. Should that make me feel old???
Congratulations!

Eight Cousins.

We braved the possibility of rain to get these shot, because honestly, who wants to get this whole crew dressed again???!!

What a bunch of dolls!!

Well, we’re finally doing it –
I’ve been talking about it for over a year, and it’s finally happening June 11.
An introductory photography workshop - geared towards parents with digital SLR cameras.
Aimed at teaching you the basics of how to use your camera and the basics of post-processing.
We’ve already got several people signed up, and I love to have you, too. My clients obviously value photos - or you wouldn’t be my clients - but I can’t be there 365 days a year. You have to capture a lot of those images, and you should at least know how to use your good camera in some way other than as a point-and-shoot!
Come join us! Check out the website for more information, or shoot me an email!
Kris
These were so hard to edit - not because of lack of beauty in the photos - but because I couldn’t narrow it down!
There was a whole lot of this –

and this . . .

and a little bit of this . . . .

but we had a really great time!
