I had the opportunity this week to shoot images at the annual Magnolia Tea - a local event put on by the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine to benefit women’s research at the college. The event also awards a scholarship to a female students at the College of Medicine. Anita Perry, First Lady of Texas, was the keynote speaker for the event. It was a women’s tea, so hats were highly encouraged, and that made it really fun to shoot crowd images.
(the sweets on the top tray there are actually little party hats — and they even tasted good, too!)
