Senior on Horseback (College Station Senior Photographer, College Station Photographer, Bryan Photographer)

My second “horse” shoot this week was a HS senior who attends my girls’ school.  I’m always amazed at how different it is to shoot photos of someone who stands where I tell him to stand and who is interested in taking a photo — so different from my 15 month to 4 year old clientele!  Even...

What do you get . . . . (College Station Photographer, College Station Family Photographer)

. . . when you do a session with 4 horses, 3 kids, and 2 adults??  You get over 800 photos in the session!  We got rained out several times, had a work trip come up for dad, had a sick child one day — but we finally got it in.  And, I think you’ll...

Fourth Time’s the Charm (College Station Photographer, Family Photographer, Bryan Child’s Photographer)

Three rain out and one sick child later, we finally got this session in!  It was fun though — the younger Miss “T” really knew how to turn it on!  Hope you like them —  and think that it was worth all the failed attempts!

Holiday Cards (College Station Photographer, College Station Holiday Photographer)

I’ve been getting lots of questions about holiday card ideas, so I decided to post some of the possible card looks here on the  blog.  I’ll only use each template twice each year to cut down on how many of the cards are in circulation, and it will happen on a first-come, first-served basis.  I’m...

Mr. Wiggle (College Station Photographer, College Station Newborn Photographer, North Houston Newborn Photographer)

This little guy was SUPER wiggly to be just 4 days old!  We had the heaters going on him, he ate several times while shooting, but he just kept wiggling and wiggling!  I think he was ready to stretch his legs after being so confined for 9 months.  He looks JUST like his big brother...

My favorite family poses . . . (College Station Family Photographer, Houston Photographer, College Station Children’s Photographer)

Sometimes my favorite family poses aren’t necessarily those traditional poses, where everyone is looking down the lens, smiling big.  Sometimes photos like these first few are my favorites.  (The others aren’t bad either — see below!)

She was REALLY smiley . . . . (North Houston Family Photographer, College Station Photographer)

. . . for about 5 minutes!   This little girl had us all jumping through hoops to get smiles, but she was WAY more interested in the tractors working at the Horticulture Gardens.  What a doll, though — check out her eyelashes with those big eyes!

We had to WORK for these! (College Station Photographer, College Station Children’s Photographer)

I enjoyed having the chance to shoot some old college friends and their beautiful girls, although litle Miss “S” made us WORK hard for everything we got!  I hope you enjoy them, guys — it was fun, and good to see the girls again!

Downtown Family Shoot (College Station Photographer, College Station Family Photographer, North Houston Photographer)

This fabulous family was all together the weekend of Halloween, and I had the honor of shooting their photos.  I think by some of the images, you can tell that the grandkids just adore the grandparents, and vice versa, I think!  Hope you guys enjoy!

To Smile, or Not to Smile . . . (College Station Family Photographer, College Station Photography)

I seem to have this problem — we work all through a session to get a child to smile, and then my favorite images are almost always those where they are NOT smiling!  I kept being drawn to the images of this little beauty that didn’t show the cheesy grins we got, but instead just...
