Little Miss “A” got here a little ahead of schedule - while we were in Florida at Disney World, to be exact. But despite our trip and the holidays, we manage to squeeze in a newborn session with her, and once she got to sleep, she was as good as gold!

This is five year old M1.

AKA - Mr. Cheese. Always ready to mug for the camera.

This is his brother - M2.

M1 - Mr. Cool.

(Such is a day in the life for someone who shoots photos of children.)
But - despite all that - there were a lot that actually didn’t look like outtakes!

I’m not so sure Mom had these green boots in mind for the photos, but hey - sometimes you do whatcha gotta do, right? The joys of shooting photos of kids!

What do you get when you shoot photos of a two year old and a three year old at the same time? A little bit (or a lot) of chaos! And some good photos mixed in!

I have a bunch that are similar to this last one, and I couldn’t decide which I liked best. I finally settled on this one, because I loved little Miss “S” trying to get a little kiss out of the deal, too!

Last year we had to shoot photos for this family in the PICU at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital. This year we got to do it at HOME. What a change! Little sister managed to stay out of the hospital for us this year - a trend I surely hope continues.

I am honored to take photos for this family.
I think she’s Daddy’s girl, whaddya think?

Gosh - it’s been a LONG time since a post. I’ve cut back on the number of sessions for this fall, and I’m just now getting around to posting. It’s October already!
This little guy just made his entrance - 8 days before our session. Just LOOK at all that HAIR! Once we got him to sleep, he was just a perfect angel. He didn’t give us NEARLY as much trouble as his feisty big sister!

The next Momtography class date has been set for Saturday, August 27th, 2011. You can see details about the class at www.momtographyworkshop.com.
This may be the only class before the holidays, so try to make the date! You can improve those pictures at the pumpkin patch, Halloween pictures, and those photos with Santa!

This little one is the fourth sibling in this household - she has three rough and tumble older brothers. But - her room is bright pink, and there are already about 25 bows hanging on the wall, ready for her to use. Something tells me she’ll have to be tough, but I’ll be she ends up pretty girly, too!
